What should I do about my crazy dad?

My dad and I have a terrible relationship. He doses things only when my moms not home. He does anything from turning off the power in the house to beating. I'm almost 200 lbs and I play football and wrestle and I think about fighting back when he does physical things. My sister said I shouldn't because he's like 300 lbs but he's fat. I taught him like a year ago and he destroyed me. I really don't like him. What should I do?
