What does it mean when a girls arm is wrapped around yours?

Well we were hanging out with her friends and she thought I looked depressed then she asked me about it and first she started running her fingers through my hair and then after it was raining and we were under an umbrella and then she wrapped her arm around mine. What does this mean? She also runs her fingers through her other friends hair but idk about the arm wrapping thing
