Any clue what this could be? ?

I started feeling sick around 3 a.m today & when I got up for work at 5:30 a.m I took a dose of pepto bismol. I figured that it would ease the sick feeling stomach pains. I got to work at 6:30 a.m & started feeling worse. I went home & got back into the bed. Around 8:30 a.m I went to the restroom & I had diarrhea & I threw up all at once. That continued for about a hour. My husband went out to get alka seltzer & a sprite then he went to work. After he left I laid on the couch & was back in the bathroom every 5 minutes literally. Throwing up & with diarrhea. Now its after 5:30 pm & im nauseated, no throwing up, knots in my stomach but no more diarrhea & bad body aches, my skin is also slightly irritated when touched. I soaked in epsom salt for my body aches but I can not eat or drink anything without feeling sick. Any advice or suggestions?
