Addiction to painkillers in one week?

Ok, this may sound a bit silly, but I just wanted to check. My doctor gave me Tramadol (50mg) for headache pains. I started taking it on Monday. I only took one to two a day and stopped on Friday. Saturday I am having horrible body pains! I'm wondering if I just caught something like a cold and the medicine has been masking it. It's not possible to be addicted to Tramadol in the low doses after a week is it?
