How to use youtube on windows ipaq 910 (smartphone)?

I downloaded the youtube app and it keep saying failed to connect, I'm connected to wifi,because I do not have the phone turned on, so dose tht app need the bluetooth? Also, is there any other way for me to use youtube? On the actual youtube it opens in windows media player and says the file is either corrupt or not supported, but I don't know how to switch the default media player to one that may support it
