Cipro and Leg Cramps?
I had a UTI that went untreated for about a week... when I went to the doctor they prescribed Bactrium, which I had terrible side affects from ( trouble breathing, sweating, nausea, migraines). My doctor switched me to ciprofloxican, and I have taken 2 out of the 6 doses so far. After my first dose I was fine... I took the next around 130am and went to sleep. I woke up this morning with TERRIBLE cramps in my calves and ankles. I have had tendon injuries in both ankles in the past, and this morning my ankles were both turns inwards and I couldn't move them at all. I had to forcefully rub my calf muscles and pull my ankles into the correct position. Should I be concerned? I just need to get rid of this UTI and every medicine i've taken has made me feel worse than before!
