I have had an adverse reaction to Erythromycin.?

I'm taking erothromycin for a chest infection and and infected ingrowing toenail. I started taking it Friday afternoon, took the recommended dose yesterday and then towards the end of the day (after my second dose) I started to feel a little nauseous. The doctor said this may happen so I took my third and fourth dose. However this morning i have woken up and I keep being sick and I feel ridiculously unwell. Sickness is the only reaction i've had. Just wondering what people thought I should do? I'm obviously not going to keep taking the pills but should I seek medical attention or just wait it out?
