I cant tell if she likes me, but im falling for her?

I started talking to on old friend that I haven't talked to in years, I took her out and we had a great time! We text every day(I usally send the first txt) I have been trying to take her out again but thing keep coming up, but she still makes suggestions of other times, or invites me over,(tho I declined cuz I was stuck at work) dose she like me? Should I offer to take her doughter when I ask her out?
