Dose he like me or not??? ?

I met this Guy he's so great everything I wanted and we have so much in comin I hemp he hemps we have the same back ground I met him at church camp......hes older. Like I over exadurate but like he always tells me I'm awesome and our hugs are so great and he never lets go but...he's like ill call u promise and never dose and he's like we really need to hang out soon he says all this out of no where but he never calls we never hang and I'm just ughhhj like we sit close to each other and when our legs touch..just idk what to think helpppppppp is he scared or dosent wanna start things, between us idk or is he just being a good friend I just really wanna know
