Did anyones baby besides mine get an iv burn, at fountain valley hospital?

while my baby was in the hospital they had him on iv fluids cause he was a preemie i guess the iv Liquid burnt his foot & now were suing & i have no pictures wat so ever but the hospital dose. can i get a hold of those pictures by law?
